Deck from top Four layers - Composite thickness 38mm.

First
Laid Iroko on West Epoxy with Polyeurathane caulking.

Second
Roven Roving 250 GSM with West Epoxy

Third
Marine ply (12mm) glued and screwed to laminated mahogany beams

Fourth Pine TG & V 10 mm. rebated between deck beams.

Deckhouse
Solid Burmese Teak with double overlap jointed edge drilled between portholes for drifts.

Guard Rails & Stancions Stainless Steel (with all fittings bead blasted for period finish/ patina).

Ventilation:

Novel Dorade type Butterfly Hatch Main Saloon (Designed by Bud Mackintosh) Handmade in Teak with polycarbonate panels and brass tube tube protection.

Forehatch Dead Lights; Portholes; All in Bronze
